About Tom Page, LCPC

Approach:

I help people dive deep into their stories so that we can treat the root causes of their issues.  I primarily use an evidence-based practice called Internal Family Systems (IFS).  People who practice IFS learn to access their innate sense of compassion, curiosity, confidence, clam, and creativity.  From that place I coach clients how to heal various aspects of themselves.  This approach is trauma-informed and gentle.  Clients will often tell me how surprising it is to get to know their inner world in such a meaningful way.

Training :

I graduated from MidAmerica Nazarene University with an MA in Counseling in 2012, and I am currently a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Kansas (#03089).  I have obtained further training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Real Life Therapy (for couples), and I completed a Sexual Addiction Treatment Provider program.  I am constantly learning and growing my knowledge base.

If I can be of assistance in any way, please reach out.  I'd be happy to be in your corner.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are your fees?

I charge $175 for a 50 min session.

Do you take insurance?

I do not currently take insurance.  I am considered an out-of-network provider.

How many sessions will this take?

The truth is that it depends.  We start by assessing your goals, then look at the factors that contribute to your feeling stuck, and then together form a rhythm of meeting that fits your situation.  My goal is to get you back to living your life as soon as possible.
